The Florida PBA State Corrections Chapter presented Representative Ryan Chamberlin with its House Legislative Champion Award.

The award was presented “for your tireless support in the legislature and achieving unprecedented pay raises for Florida State Correctional Officers during the 2024 Legislative Session,” by James Baiardi, President of the Florida PBA Corrections Chapter.

The men and women who keep our correctional facilities running do difficult, dangerous work on behalf of every Floridian. Making sure their pay finally reflects that was one of the most important fights of the session.
